Mr. G G Desai is a Solicitor, High Court, Mumbai. He was a Senior Partner in the well known law firm, M/s. Little & Co. He retired from M/s. Little & Co. during this financial year and is a Director on the Board of various companies of repute.

Mr. Krishna Datla Managing Director

Mr. Krishna Datla, commerce graduate, has been actively involved in business development of the company for last four years. After his successful stint with the company in the said assignment,
Mr. Datla spearheaded the film project of White Stripes Entertainment Limited, a subsidiary of the company prior to his appointment as Executive/Managing Director of the company, Mr. Datla relinquished his office of Managing Director in White Stripes Entertainment Limited on May 09, 2005.

Mr. Satish Varma Director

Mr. Satish Varma has been associated with the Company for the last 10 years and handling various important projects. He has been an integral part of the strategic discussions and decisions, which were taken, during his association.

Mr. Kunal Kashyap Director

Mr. Kunal Kashyap started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation as Vice President, Treasury and Business Development – Asia Pacific between 1991 to 1994.

He was also the erstwhile Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen & Co., South India between 1994 to 2000. Thereafter, he held the position of Executive Director of Celstream Technologies Ltd., a leading software product engineering organisation.

He is presently the Chairman and Managing Director of a leading financial consultancy firm viz., Allegro Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd.

His other Directorships include Glaxo Smithkline Beecham Consumer Healthcare Ltd. and Unifi Wealth Management Ltd.

He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Glaxo Smithkline Beecham Consumer Healthcare Ltd.
