RSIL’s business approach can be either on FTE or Project based depending on the customer’s requirement. FTE-based approach enables our customers to carry out multiple projects at the same time and have the flexibility to change priorities or define new projects under the existing research contract. This is a cost-effective and flexible way for our customers to outsource their chemistry research.

Within a short time, we have successfully completed over 2000 individual compounds involving complex multi-step processes (averaging four steps each), on scales ranging from milligrams to kilo gram in a timely manner.
